| BC Media is literally "BZ" because they have been providing their satisfied customers unwavering satisfaction. Customer service is "EXCELLENT". I live in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates, hundred miles away from BC Media Office, however they will make you feel that you are only neighbors, most especially Jennifer. She is superb! If I could only post here our email conversation starting from ordering the Video equipments (DVC250, Dolly and shoulder mount) up to the last minute of delivery time, you will see that all went perfect. I would also like to commend Mohammad of Al Awazi Studio in Dubai for being so prompt and did his best not to fail us down on our event by delivering the equipments 2 days in advance before the event. | We ordered a camera crane kit (DVC250) - and just took delivery of it. From the point of ordering to here, it has been a pleasure dealing with BC. I would highly recommend anyone to take a look at what they offer, it's real with no catches, and the equipment is A1. Very happy returning customer here in Ireland! We'll be back here for sure with any future purchases.

Came across BC's website looking for a crane. I then saw their cranes listed on Ebay. Won an auction for the ProAmDVC250 and that started everything. Dollies, tripods, LCD monitors and remote pan-tilt heads later, I'm thrilled with all the gear. I'm just like you - scanning the web researching everything I can on video & photo products before I buy. You don't get but once chance to get it right and Bargain Camera makes it easy, mostly because Jennifer is terrific. | I was in a jam for an audio kit. I needed one in 3 days or my entire project would have fallen apart. I found out about Bargain Camera through google search and gave them a call. They not only treated me well but got me the mic kit THE NEXT DAY. It was perfect for what I needed and they were so nice to me through the phone and the email. | I'm writing about the 7" HD LCD that just arrived. (thank you for Sat. delivery!) We are using with the 5Dmkii. The picture is excellent while using hdmi cable. (note to other customers, 5D has mini hdmi, monitor is reg. hdmi. make sure you get the right cable) I was VERY happy to find this just at the last minute... almost spent my whole budget on another HD monitor twice as much! | BC media has provided the quality products and customer service we needed to buy with confidence. Building slowly, an affordable crane/jib set up since December. When we were shopping for a crane stand there was a problem seeing the small pics. The webmaster uploaded a set of more clarified pics so we I could clearly see what we were buying.
